Years of servicing the community’s medical needs has seen the Victoria Medical Centre become the leading health care facility in the area.

Building upon the solid legacy of Drs van Schalkwyk and partners, who opened Victoria Medical Centre on Burger Street in 1993, the health care facility then moved to Victoria Road in December 1997 and has been serving the community ever since. We began with just three doctors in 1997 when we moved to Victoria Road and found the area popular among our clients due to the various businesses in and around the centre that we needed to expand. Thereafter, we employed seven permanent doctors who have been at the forefront in the battlefield between our clients and the medical risks posed to their lives each year.

Victoria Medical Centre is a modern health care facility with access to quality, private healthcare inclusive of 7 General Practitioners, 2 Dentist and 2 Physiotherapist all under one roof.  The centre is also conveniently situated within walking distance of two pharmacies in the area and is open seven-days a week and we are accredited with all medical aid networks.
